| The Pearl-Meigs-Monroe Neighborhood, sometimes referred to as "The Garden District" is a very unique neighborhood in Rochester, NY. The neighborhood is encircled by Monroe Avenue, Goodman St, Broadway and South Union Street. The Streets that make up our neighborhood consist of Alexander Street, Edmonds Street, Meigs  Street, South Goodman Street, Averill Avenue, Elmhurst Street, Monroe Avenue, South Union Street, Broadway, Lawton Street, Pearl Street and Woodlawn Street. With the help of the caring and dedicated residents, property owners, and business owners in the area we strive to develop and promote the improvement of the quality of life in The Garden District. | |
